Join  us for some "me time" and connecting with other women to share  experiences & ideas to living a life of happiness and wellbeing.

This month's focus topic is...Building Habits for Happiness

Maintaining  habits that support health & wellbeing and align with the way you  want to live is a powerful way to create and sustain more happiness. At  this month's event, I will share some science-based strategies and  practical for building habits that will boost happiness & wellbeing.  And then we can spend some time chatting about our habit successes,  struggles and solutions.

This Women Connecting for Wellbeing group is intended for any woman or person identifying as such, who is looking to:  

• Connect with others in a meaningful way, 

• Learn some tips to greater happiness and wellbeing, 

• Expand their social circle, and 

• Have some fun with other like-minded women!
