About the Event

Fill your cup with an evening of meaningful connection!  We will gather to share our challenges, successes and ideas to living a  life of happiness and wellbeing.

This month's focus topic is MINDFULNESS.

Mindfulness enables us to notice and take in the positive things happening in our world and also helps with managing stress and controlling negative thoughts. If you can develop a habit of being more present and appreciative of the little moments, you can literally hardwire happiness in your brain.

As always, our monthly gathering will be about:  CONNECTION... Meeting new people | Sharing/discussing topics of mutual interest and concern | Creating community  LEARNING... Different perspectives | Ideas for greater wellbeing  SELF-CARE... Time for self | Conversation | Fun!

This Women Connecting for Wellbeing group is intended for any woman or person identifying as such, who is looking to:  • Connect with others in a meaningful way, 

• Learn some tips to greater happiness and wellbeing, 

• Expand their social circle, and 

• Have some fun with other like-minded women!
