In this webinar, a wellbeing  educator and coach breaks down 12 scientifically-proven strategies for  building happiness from the field of Positive Psychology and outlines  simple practices to create more peace, joy and contentment in our lives.  Research shows that a large part of our happiness comes from the  intentional activities that we have control over – those tied to our  thoughts, feelings, and actions.  

So for most of us, becoming (a little,  and even a lot) happier is within our control! After  participating in this enlightening and interactive webinar, you will be  equipped with dozens of practical approaches – big and small – that will  bring more happiness to your days.
