About the Event
Pour a cuppa something warm and join us for an evening of connection! In recognition of International Day of Happiness on March 20th, I'll provide a short presentation from the science of Positive Psychology about the power of having a positive outlook and simple ways to practice gratitude and optimism that will bring more happiness to your days. Afterwards, we'll talk about what’s on our mind these days, and share ideas for boosting our health, happiness and wellbeing during these challenging times. We’ll keep it light, but strive for meaningful connection that fills your cup!
These regular group events will help you make new connections and boost your overall wellbeing, while exploring interesting topics and taking part in fun social activities. During our regularly-scheduled group meetings, we connect, share, and discuss topics of interest. Group conversations and special events will cover things related to our health, wellbeing, personal development, and the issues we're dealing with.
This Women Connecting for Wellbeing group is intended for any woman or person identifying as such, who is looking to:
• Connect with others in a meaningful way,
• Learn some tips to greater happiness and wellbeing,
• Expand their social circle, and
• Have some fun with other like-minded women!
