About the Event
The autumn equinox happens on September 22 this year and with it we enter a new season. This transformation of our outer world provides a beautiful backdrop and opportunity for making change in our inner worlds...our mindset, habits, happiness and overall wellbeing.
This workshop will provide you with the dedicated time & space for guided self-exploration & action planning in a supportive group setting. Insights from positive psychology and the science of behaviour change will expand your capacity to identify and make desired shifts that will bring you closer to living your best life as your best self. You will walk away with many practical tips & takeaways to incorporate into your life.
The 90-minute interactive session will offer:
